Where is my data?
On your phone, and in your own iCloud if you turned backup on in Settings. Never on our servers.
I reinstalled and my people are gone
Turn on iCloud backup in Settings before you reinstall; Hearthen restores your people on first launch. If backup was off, the data lived only on that install.
How do I cancel Premium?
Through Apple: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Hearthen. There is nothing to cancel with us. Restore purchase (in Hearthen’s Settings) brings an existing subscription back after a reinstall.
A printed card didn’t arrive
Write to us within 30 days of the order with the order id from your confirmation; we reprint or refund.
Can I export everything?
Yes. Follow-ups → Export everything (a spreadsheet), or any person’s page → Export history (a PDF).
Is there an Android version?
Not yet. Hearthen is for iPhone and iPad.
